Listening session agenda:
- Opening (5–10 mins): Introduce Illinois Broadband Lab, Central Region READY team, and upcoming broadband opportunities
- Facilitated discussion (40–45 mins): Understand the participant’s broadband-dependent and broadband-enabled goals and learn about the participant’s broadband needs and challenges
- Closing (5 mins): Share information about how participants can stay engaged
